I’m now in the process to do study to repair regions of lack inside our program. I am working to produce greater ways of talking with my training staffs. As our business has matured, we now have several people which have some knowledge under their belts and we’re finding a several knowledgeable new men in to the program. We want to use their feedback where it’s wise while ensuring that all our youngsters are “maxing out” on the initial expertise each of us instructors provide to the table. This can be a big vary from when we first began and had a lot of hesitant novice “dad” coaches. While we probably execute a better job of this than many youth football groups, we desire to be the most effective at it, that’s our standard.
